The Association receives 4 applications of turf fertilizer yearly to keep your common grounds looking as nice as possible. Homeowners with pets and chemical sensitivity have asked to be notified of the 2nd application which is scheduled for the following (weather permitting) date:
Friday, July 7th
The application is sprayed and takes approximately 2 hours to dry. During that 2-hour time frame, it is asked that homeowners stay off the newly treated turf areas. The treated areas will be clearly marked with flags.
